Booking Policy

  • To book a room you have to confirm by e-mail;
  • We will give you all the information to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount within the indicated deadline;
  • If you book with a special price, you have to pay all the amount in advance;
  • When you do the transfer for the deposit, please send us the copy of the receipt so we will confirm you the reservation;
  • If the transfer is not made within the required deadline, for any reason, the room will be automatically released and the reservation will be cancelled;

Cancellation and/or early departure

Once the deposit has been paid, in case of cancellation and/or early departure, we will applied our internal rules:

  • With cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date of the guest, we will return you the 50% of the paid deposit;
  • With cancellation from the 29th day, we will keep all the deposit;
  • In case of early departure for any reason, well keep all the deposit and the you must pay all the amount planned, as confirmed.
